another package lost in mail, but i'm getting decent CS!!
 

a small California Shipping company my online fishing store uses. so far so good.

but yesterday, I got a notice that stated, "Delivery Attempted, Security Gate Locked"

what the heck? I called the 1-800 number and got a real person!! whoa. they asked me what my house looks like and if it had a security gate. No gate. "can you describe your home?"

"sure, Gray, black shingles, retarded flat roof..oh and big numbers on the side that say #XXXX"

the nice lady was clearly not the person that took my package to the wrong house, and didn't deserve my sarcasm. and she fired back..hahha.. she said, "I do appreciate the sarcasm, but it doesn't help really" she chuckled and probably tapped a button that said, put package in garbage can.

"please don't tell the driver to throw my package out the window, i'm sorry"

anyways, another real person just called, and left a message that they are sending it back to my house this morning and if it isn't morning, they will call to tell me what time.

pretty good SERVICE!! I haven't lost hope. I paid stupid money for new fishing reel, and don't want to lose it.
