So I just got the call from my local bass pro, the rifle I ordered Saturday from a Cabela's out in Utah has arrived.

I don't have a CCW permit, so no instant buy, approval, and leave. Oh, and Alachua county, so 5 days vs 3. Gotta wait until Monday... which means they'll still be working through the weekend gun show backlog :(

Unless apparently according to FS 790.0655 2(c) I spend $20 on a hunting license (I'm old enough to not need the hunter safety course).

I hope everyone feels safer while I'm shooting a few of my other rifles this weekend...

I get the combined small game/ fish license out here. Haven't been asked for it by authorities in years
