Curious about Ferdinand, Ferry, and F.A. Porsche
All Ferdinands, of course. Are there any really good movies, documentaries, or biographies that can be streamed or purchased? I'm open to books, but only if that's the only way to get the most accurate and interesting info. This was the best thing I found so far- I wouldn't rate it too highly:

This book fills in quite a few gaps that might get left out of the typical biography. And it's written by KL, so the accuracy of the text can be trusted to a fairly high level.
(Having said that, you'll want to decide for yourself on how close der güt Herr Doctor was towards the failed painter's politics and the regime that changed history. I won't bore you with my take.) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1622318104.jpg |

The French should never have let Porsche out of prison.

There was a movie recently about Rolls Royce Bentley and Daimler Mercedes Benz with some Porsche content.

You forgot perhaps his generation's most interesting Ferdinand. Piech.

A friend has a Citroen DS he states Porsche had a hand a hand in the design?

Rusnajk, you are the arsehole. The guy was using French slave labour. Being a good car and weapons designer doesn't give you carte blanche for forgiveness for to participating in Nazi excesses

I kind of doubt that an engineer that designs mechanical things has any say in the production line and what labor is used there.
just like I doubt that the chip designers that now design the next gen apple CPU is at all involved in the hiring process of the factory in China that eventually will build the chips |

What company was that?
|
Seriously?
|
yes , seriously.
you say he owned the company that used slave labor. I'de like to know about what company we are talking about? What's the name What did that company make Because As far as I know, Porsche was a design studio not a factory during WW2. He worked as a design subcontractor for a great many of other factories, which clearly he didn't own. They made designs, not actual tanks. But again, I'm not stating fact, I'm asking a question to you. Are you talking about Volkswagen in Wolfsburg? or which one are you talkin about? full legal name please, need actual details to figure it out |
Porsche owned factories.
