(i know, i have serious issues. i should see a shrink, but this late in life i'm afraid if i uncrossed my wires i'd just be trading issues for regrets about previous life choices.

(i don't mean to diminish the dead bird thread. i'd have the same anxieties if i'da had to make a sophie's choice in that situation, and i can empathize and i sympathize that the choice had to be made)

(i just can't help myself sometimes with these analogous posts.)

I can't remember the last time I've smelled a skunk .... a LONG time... mebbe 15-20 years. Used to be a fairly common thing... wonder what happened to 'em?

When he was about six years old my son and I used to drive down the road laughing and singing that song as loud as we could. Drove his mother crazy. Great times.
