I guess I do not understand.
You have a great plan that lets you listen in on the criminal's conversations. You use it for a while- then disclose everything- so it, and similar ideas, can never be used again. Stupid. Why not handle it like we did when we broke enigma. Use just enough information to bust these guys- but keep it quiet. That way we get to keep the game going for years. I don't think I need to know every trick that is in play, it makes the good guys job harder and harder. gary |

The jig was up... The "Underworld" knew about the phones through lawyers etc. so the authorities lost nothing by making everything public. And importantly they made the people that were arrested look like fools. |
Years alter they're still arresting people!
