I was hit by a car in the late '70's, compound fracture of tib/fib, left foot broken, lost 3/4 inch off the left leg, etc. I have been walking, playing sports with a list for over 40 years.

The accident literally f'ed up every joint in my lower body as the years went by. I hate pain meds and other meds so I have tried every supplement, cream, acupuncture, direct injection (never again) and then had the left hip replaced. The right will be done next year.

For 10 years I was in just constant pain. Again, I have tried everything...I have used more fish oil than a wok, more topical creams (hard to name one I have not tried) than a model and other various supplements

Nothing worked until THC based creams. Three years ago I decided to give them a try.

Changed my life. They may not work for you, but they are a complete blessing for me. I can exercise, walk pain free within reason and feel great. I combine the cream with compression (I have ankle, knee, wrist and hip compression sleeves, wraps) and it works wonders: If it is a panacea, as I have written here before, great: back the panacea truck up.

I could go on. I wish you well. Joint pain is not for the weak.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin(costco/kirkland brand) daily has helped my knees. They used to actually make noise going up stairs.

I have some of the 'good stuff' for my lower back, will report later....

Sorry for that Seahawk. I have tried cbd ointments but not thc. My blood sugar was elevated. Through diet mod I got down below 130. The broken bone feeling in my feet went away, not the constant tingling. And not too bad all over arthritis . I am 70.

Yes dad911. After a few months glucosamine and chondroitin my knees got better. Just swollen feet and tingling mostly now.

I am right behind you...I'll be 65 in November. I get the sense you are like me: I don't ***** about it, I'd just like some relief.

Give the THC stuff a try if you can. Again, may not work for you. Compression may work as well in combination with other stuff besides THC creams. It is, as you know, a journey!

Best of luck and be well. Nice Targa, btw. They are my favorite sports car. I've owned three over the years.

Also an Omega fan, but didn’t realize there was medicinal benefit. Cool.
