Injury aside, the commendation on that video is Gawd awful. Has to be a computer voice.

I’m not talking about the game announcers, I’m referring to the lame ass, crappy quality hack job on it.

A lot of videos these days are put on youtube with videos that have been downloaded, then edited. Then, my guess is that the sources of the videos are overseas and they have synthesized narration that utilizes text to narrate.

So yes, I believe you're correct, computer voice that's speaking a document that someone added.
