It's on the lifeguard station main tower pointing north. The beach ramp is where cars enter the beach. There are other ramps located along the beach. Five total, I believe.

Right in front is a no parking area - reserved for people who park at the big parking lot just to the left off camera.

Ours stays on 24 hours and it's fascinating how many people are still milling around in the wee hours of the day - you can see them with flashlights, etc. Many, I'm sure, have had a few cocktails!

Cool., wish i was there now. my only experience with Tamarindo is Endless Summer I and II

schooners wharf’s web cam (key west), while not very exciting, is a favorite of mine to check on a regular basis…i’m always amazed that it’s still busy when hurricanes are a day a way.

I stayed at The Diria awhile back. and have been to Tamarindo a number of times.. staying in lesser places than the Diria to renting a house..

To bad Tamarindo caught on in the last 20 years... used to be a chill place

Yes. Other beaches in Florida too. Not just here. The county here, who controls the beaches, has some ares off limits to traffic also.
