Dick Grayson (Robin) drives a 911

My 911 was rented to film a scene in the Warner Brothers TV series - Titans. In the show, it belongs to Dick Grayson - Robin! - Batman isn't in this series, it's the wonder boy with a bunch of other super heroes. The show is mainly filmed in Vancouver and a silver '86 911 is used up there. They filmed Robin visiting the Doom Patrol in their mansion - they ended up hating that mansion and wanted to use one here in Atlanta where the new series Doom Patrol is being filmed. Enter my silver 911 - a very close match, the only thing they wanted to change was to have black wheels instead of my silver. The picture car company renting the car took a set off of a Targa they have and made the switch.
Shooting was at night till 12:00 - the scene was just the car coming up the drive and then pulling back out, still took 4 hours. A lot of cool footage was taken with drones, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on some of it when the show airs.

Very cool! Be sure to share the final product when its released.

How do you mark your 911 available for rent to these movie makers?

A number of states have film commissions where locations, casting calls, etc. are posted. I’d start there.

TONS of filming being done here in ATL - the most outside of LA. Our house was used for another TV series. The picture car company guy who was renting the cars for that shoot hung out for a while and saw my second garage that has my 911, 356 and 2002. He took pics and 5 months later remembered that I had a 911 that would fit the bill for this shoot. It could turn into a recurring need.
My suggestion, google - picture car rental companies - there are a lot of them. The folks who rented my car actually own 4,000 vehicles here in ATL for use in filming. They used 50 of them for the pilot of Doom Patrol last week. Today, he sent 3 burned and crashed cars over to the set of Walking Dead.

Looks a lot like my previous Porsche, a 1986 silver 930. Only differences seem to be dual spoiler instead of original whale-tail and shark gills.

Just started watching the series, they show your Porsche quick extensively. Glad they do but a 928 would have been more unique & fit the character far better. But he could have picked something worse by far. Saw a Cobra in the garage, couldn't tell the others. Too dark & quick for my eyesight.
