Anyone watch the Bob Ross documetary on netflix?

Pretty surprising stuff about his life.

Really heartbreaking what people did to this guy when he was on his deathbed.

Thanks for the head's up, Vin. We have a Bob Ross studio here right next to the Chinese take out place and I always enjoy seeing the folks inside working on their painting skills.

Based on your comments I know I will also be saddened by how he was treated at the end.

I took Bob Ross style painting classes when I was a kid. It started me out with the basics of oils. Always loved watching his show and the many other painters on PBS. He was one of a kind.

In 2009, I ran the Bay to Breakers in San Fran. At about 3 miles in, there was a guy standing in the middle of the road dressed exactly like Bob, paint palette included. He was facing the runners and waving a brush saying “Happy runners, happy trees!”
