That is so sad. Other Voices Other Rooms is one of my all-time-favorite albums.

If you have a heart it will break about 155 or so when NG gets the camera.

I came in because I am hot and sweaty, sat down and opened this thread. I had no idea who Nanci Griffith was and I don't know why.

I found a clip of her on David Letterman and he mentioned Other Voices, Others Rooms before she sang with the Crickets. She was great.

Then, after Herr O's post, Prine is a huge favorite of mine so I have no idea how I missed all this, I ordered the CD.

Man this is so good.

The talent she surrounded herself with was just outstanding. The cameras miss some of it, but your ears will not.
