First two initials and then my last name.
I've done it that way all my life. On record this way so never any issues at bank, etc. |
I've been told the more neatly and easily read the signature - the MORE difficult it is to be forged. Those that use scribbles (like me!) - makes it easier for someone to fake.

I don't sign mine the same way once ... much less twice :D

If signing an important paper or document...I always revert to my grade school penmanship.
It was hammered into us every day. Correct angle and position in the hand. Leading from the right in a straight line. It's hard to forget things like that. If signing a cc receipt....any ink on the paper will do. |

I have an illegible signature for normal everyday things. I have a legible one for autographs, like when I'm signing my book for someone, or signing programs for plays I've been in. People actually ask for those, even in our little community theater. It's kind of fun to pretend I'm famous sometimes. People want to be able to see who's signatures they have, so I make it legible.

Over the years my handwriting has gone from scribble to chicken scratch and it’s mostly my initials stretched out.
