If you look at the Ferrari it has (subjectively) a very low nose (measured from the ground to the top of the bumper) with sexy rounded edges that lead to more sexy curves.

The Corvette has (again subjectively) a higher nose (measured from the ground to the top of the bumper) with more of a "Lamborghini" "All the design department needs is a straight edge ruler" lines to it. This makes it look "Chuckey" to me.

And that "Chunckeyness" look seems to (have I mentioned the word subjectively) continue thought the rest of the car.

but dang is it an effective car.

Of course they are different but a quick glance, they are similar. I need a second look to determine what the heck it is parking on the side street as I drive by

Funny, my wife and one son and I were leaving lunch yesterday and my son says “is that a Lamborghini?”, my wife says She likes it, and I explain it’s the new Corvette, I show them the engine and we walk around it, we all agree it’s a nice looking car.

She says she wants one :)

Heck the 20,000 mile service for the Ferrari is likely the cost of a new Vette. Of course only 2% of the Ferraris ever see 20K miles in a lifetime. Most Ferrari drivers brag on how few miles the have.

This!

the ferrari's of late are bland uggo's and the Corvettes got a bit better looking.

They each look pretty good but both suffer with same fuel door wart. Way too many cars have the problem today (fuel tank placement is the issue of course). The doors to aft of the rear wheel housing should be a NFZ (no filler zone). The Ford Mustang team seems to get it. Camaro, not so much.

hadn't even noticed those fuel fillers, really not that noticeable if you ask me

but kinda surprised there's a fuel tank in the back on a midengined car at all? how does that make sense?
