I like Yuengling beer and I pick some each time I get to Arkansas. Driving to Texas is a bit extreme for beer.

I asked my local liquor store to order some and he said is it not available. I may have to go to Byron's liquors on 23rd street to see if they have a source.

First, you need a 1978 Trans Am in black with a gold chicken. Then you can go to Texas for beer.

I spent a couple of days in Grand Rapids once. I'll bet the beer's cheap to try to lure people there.

Been there, done that and you’re a half hour closer than I ever was.

I can't remember the last time I went to a traditional fast food place. I think the last time that I went to a regular fast food place was somewhere in the 2010-2014 time frame.

I used to really like the Wendy's Monterey Ranch Chicken Sandwiches. They were always "for a limited time only."

Same here the last time we went is was like 30$ for 4 people thats with 1 drink for all of us we were still very hungry and we dont eat alot! Just not worth the money for their crappy food. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1631746446.jpg

You should have gone to Founders. It's the holy land up there.

I like the Arbys gyros too but they can't match the deliciousness of the PBP in my book.

Wendy's was dead to me when they started microwaving the ENTIRE sandwich just to give you something piping hot.

I understand tossing it in the 'wave for 20 seconds to make me think it's fresh, I'm cool with that...

...but not after you put the lettuce, and mayo, and pickles, and catsup on it. NONE of those things survive the microwave, they ALL taste like crap afterwards.

At least McDonald's and (some) BK's only toss the burger, cheese and bun in the microwave, then put the crispy cold stuff on top.

Where's the beef???

I haven't had Wendy's since the damnpandemic started, but my "go to" from there is always The Baconator!!!

Maybe drink a hundred times more than you normally would so the brewer thinks there's a 100 new kids in town and to keep up the action.

When did Wendy's start doing that? I worked there when I was in tech school back in the early 90's. No microwave. Everything was fresh off the grill. That's how they get the meat for their chili.... burgers that have been on the grill for too long.

Couple of years back. They used to be the top notch joint, the quality was way about McD and BK, but now they're the same food factory with $10 combos. I will drive past a Wendy's now to go to BK instead.
