Customer appreciation

Several weeks back I used the state's web page to renew two tags, one for each of my two cars. Easy peasy, quick and easy, no need to leave the house. The renewal stickers came in the mail and I applied the stickers a while back. The mail fee is $2.50 and I can't drive there for that cost.

In Oklahoma we don't deal directly with the state DMV for tags, we have a series of "tag agents" that deal with the public. It is free enterprise and of course they get a cut of the "fees" and it works great. Tag agents understand we (anyone with a car) will go to a place that is nice, well lit, smoke free, fast and easy over a smoke filled DMV type of environment like some agents.

I use a local agent when I have to go in person, and they are always fast and efficient. They have a nice parking lot, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly demeanor. The fee is fixed by law so they can't charge more or less than the fixed rate. Even when I used the internet I had to pick a tag agent to get the cut of the fee. They are the ones that actually put the sticker in an envelope and print out a new registration and mail it to me. They included this letter as a thank you.

Maybe a slight bit of an exaggeration, but it nice to know my business is appreciated.

Creative. I'd use them over and over again.

There's plenty in there to offend someone.

It's Oklahoma. They don't take kindly to people being oh-fen-did about stuff like this here.

Ì wonder at the demographic they are trying to reach. Is there a movement in Oklahoma to allow 9 year olds to operate a motor vehicle?
If I received an enclosure like that I might be tempted to wonder about the far reaching effects of the decriminalization of cannabis. ;)
Glad you got your tags and are happy with the service.
The on line renewal service here in Nova Scotia for the Registry of Motor Vehicles works well..I only have to show up when it is time for driver's license renewal. Whether it is on line or in person, they mail everything out. Never had a problem.

Best

The demographic is for intelligent, very attractive, and modest people with a real sense of humor.

They remembered my tremendous self appreciation and the George Clooney looks.

What a nice and fun surprise to find! Good timing as I just opened a box minutes ago with a nice note. I found some shoes online that are supposed to be great for being on your feet all day. Found them locally at a running store, they didn't have the color I wanted but a sister store did. Paid for them and the other store would ship them. Just got them. Love handwritten notes. Love buying locally.

They should be in charge of encouraging folks to get the vaccine - instead of the clueless dolts we have now who have zero imagination and even less creativity....
