Cannot change my profile
 

hi, I'm new to the party. Does anyone know why I cannot edit my avatar or profile?
When I click User CP -> User Details, it pop up this window:

You might be too new.
Try posting some more and try again.
There are some restrictions on new, starting members due to their low post count.
At least that's what I think it could be.
Post more, try again. (the minimum will not be set too high, I reckon, unless you want to enter PARF.)

My thought is that it's either post count as Geronimo said, or has this site instituted email confirmation? A lot of sites, when you sign up will send you an email with a link. In those cases, your account isn't activated/complete until you click the link in the email. That seems like a possibility too.
