Wish I could pick it up and move it to Bama!!! That is a very nice looking and well kept home, and it was built in 1936??? Wow, very nice!!!

Thanks, guys! We're downsizing as we're empty nesters now. We are renting a home in Dearborn, MI (12 miles away) until the crazy prices drop and I figure out where I want to "land". I'm working remotely 100% over the past 18months and I can reasonably expect to continue this for the rest of my career at Ford. My wife retired (school teacher) and we wanted a smaller home with the master bedroom on the 1st floor, so the rental bungalow suits us very well and is in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home! I really like the sitting room with the piano.
But now I must blame you!  Wife is using your home to show why we need to paint walls yellow or green!! Totally blaming you!   Hope all is well! And she also asked about pics of the garage. I mean, she thinks the garage has to be bad enough that sending me out there is punishment!

Von, Your home is beautiful. At that price, a house in our area would be on the market for awhile. Anything at $300k and below sells in less than a week here but homes above that amount tend to take longer.
