There is no such thing as dealing with a real person on Facebook, they do that.

You won't get a real person at Facebook unless you are a celebrity or famous person. Even then, good luck. They don't do 'customer service' like that.

About your only option is to start a new account. However, your email, phone, computer and internet connection are all tied to your account. If you want a new one, you need to use a different internet connection, computer, phone and email to start it or they will lock you out of opening a new one by telling you to reinstate the old account.

Same thing happened to my wife.

Initial notification then crickets.

To find the right person, go on LinkedIn and message them that way. It's worked for me before for other service problems where no one seemed to care.

My account on TimeZone got hacked the I started getting emails about a Rolex ad I had nothing to do with. I emailed the admin many times and never got a response. I got another member to PM her she told him she'd fix it. It's never been fixed and I can only browse without trying to log in.

I have a FB friend, a once local, casual acquaintance, who's a very average guitar player at best. I think he has money to burn. He moved to Nashville and hires the best backup band and producer to make an album and videos. Again, he's at best an average player. His songs are horrible, production is poor, writing is dreadful, but, hey, he writes the checks. He posts on FB all the time about this stuff and all his friends back in Phoenix like it and wish him luck. He sells merch and offers free guitar lessons to people who post selfies wearing his merch. Hell, he needs to be taking lessons, not giving them. He sucks. But FB allows him to think he's killing it. He doesn't make a dime on any of this, has no album sales, loses money on merch sales, pays everyone to do everything. But his online presence makes him look like a rock star. FB makes all this possible.
