Chris Heria- Crazy fit but I can't watch
Chris Heria is incredibly fit. Some of his work outs seem to defy gravity. The strength in his core muscles is unbelievable. But I just can not watch his work outs for more than a minute. The stiff jerkey movements when he speaks coupled with that tattoo on his neck drive me crazy. I feel like he is being strangled. He reminds me of that tribe that stretches the womens necks.

Neck tats like that are crazy.
It is crazy to see some of these folks (men or women) who are this fit. I need to exercise more and get more fit, but I'm not going to devote the kind of time and effort that these folks are doing. On top of that, I'm not sure that everyone is capable of getting this fit much like not everyone being able to perform mental athletics.

Oh, I am sure everyone isn't capable of getting that fit. Geetics play a part.
