On my last assignment, I had an operations officer who was an Army Space Officer. When he was new, I called him “Space Cadet”. After he was more experienced, I called him “Space Cowboy”. When he made a mistake or goofed off, I called him “Space Monkey”.

Which of us born in the 50's didn't want to be an astronaut. I clearly remember watching the Mercury flights on a tiny B&W TV set in absolute awe.
