Gotta be some sort of kit/mod.
Presumably, you don't have a pic of the hood ornament, wheel center caps or interior? Looks like it's in the UK? Even in the UK, I can't imagine that the front bumper could come on a new vehicle.

Looks like they're all rip-offs. I think the Rock Star emulates the C2 Corvette.

The car itself is a Nissan Gloria, the one that was sold here a while back as the Infiniti M45.
