have eaten the entire boxes of mini bars and mini potato chips that you wisely purchased EARLY so you wouldn't have to go to a grocery store at the last minute to buy candy for Halloween trick or treaters? Just curious.

I don't purchase candy any more than I have to. If it's not available, I don't eat it. If it is available, then there's a very good chance that I'll eat it.

We haven't purchased anything. We won't be home, but I'm fairly certain we also wouldn't get any trick or treaters. We're too rural.

potato chips? I don't think I remember ever getting chips for halloween. That's a new one. Candy, change, and in the old days, apples (which my parents always threw out).

I buy the candy after hollowe’en when it’s on sale.

Never get trick or treaters where I live.
So..no need to purchase candy.

I'm waiting. My wife is out of town, so the risk of overconsumption is extremely high.

Those little packages of Smarties taste way better than the regular size.
I call them Smarties shooters.
I don't buy them until the last minute so I don't eat the darn things.

Boxes? That stuff comes in big bags.


Don't go for candy much. Pie is an entirely different story.

We don't really have Halloween here but I buy them just in case.

I save all the Reeses, and Kit Kats for myself.

My wife fills the candy jar with the mini bars/M&Ms...it takes us a month or two to work through it. We don't get trick-or-treaters out here in corn country, but used to get 100s when we lived in a small rural village.

I rarely eat candy, except for an occasional snickers bar.

That said, on occasion, I have eaten an entire gallon of my favorite ice cream while watching TV. 🤪

We get between 40 and 60 at our house, the smart ones come to the back door AND front door, I pretend I didn.t catch on to that TRICK. Everybodies happy. Also everything is weather dependent.
