In fiscal year 2021, the U.S. government paid $246.9 million in claims for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Not a single payout was related to Covid-19 vaccines.

Each person with a “provable” injury from a Covid vaccine could claim up to $379,000 from a special Covid vaccine fund set up by the federal government. The payout for death could be as high as $370,376.

However, according to an OpenTheBooks.com investigation, the federal government didn’t pay a penny for Covid-vaccine claims. The special fund for these claims is called the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

There were only 1,357 claims filed that alleged “injuries/deaths from the Covid vaccines,” and 53 were listed as deaths, according to recent reporting by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Yeah I knew there was a fund to compensate those harmed. I had read that getting the the payout is "difficult" to say the least. I know Sooner has mentioned this fund several times.

I can see where this thread has potential to go off the rails quickly and will be keeping an eye on it.

When you recieve a covid vaccine you will recieve (required) a Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers. This is from the Moderna vaccine fact sheet.

WHAT IS THE COUNTERMEASURES INJURY COMPENSATION PROGRAM?
The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) is a federal program that may help
pay for costs of medical care and other specific expenses of certain people who have been
seriously injured by certain medicines or vaccines, including this vaccine. Generally, a claim
must be submitted to the CICP within one (1) year from the date of receiving the vaccine. To

If you don't like my moderating PM me... don't muddy up other threads with complaints. But first know, I don't care if you like what I did or not. Paul and I volunteered to help clean this place up and keep political threads out of OT. We were both in agreement on your thread.

There is really nothing political about a fund for those who were hurt by the vaccines. And so far the thread has stayed on track.
