I have found all sorts of stuff in rental house clean outs over the years , pretty much every kind of paraphenalia you can imagine, prison letters, some one's hiv medication, burnt nickels , sex toys, stolen TV's , we even once had a closet full of ethnic porn at the one place .


I was emptying some bins of random stuff , and found this at the bottom . I think I know which house this came from, and there were definite substance abuse issues there. As a matter of fact, the guy just died 3 weeks ago from liver failure at 61 yo. He pulled some leaving las vegas stuff, and drank himself to death in a one bedroom hotel room in the outer banks . Took him 3 years after leaving Pittsburgh, but he has been on that road for a long time .
Anyhoo, I thought I was kind of hip to this stuff, but have no idea what this was used for . They clearly burnt something inside the middle .
Crack pipe, meth, worse ?
Its already in the dumpster
