Captioning for VoIP system
 

We have a Mitel 3300 and are looking for either a SIP to Analog adapter so we can add a captioning phone, or VoIP phone that does captioning. We have some people that are very hard of hearing and are used to the caption phones.

I am looking at getting a couple amps that go between the handset as well as they will help the volume for those not so hearing limited.

By captioning do you voice to text?

I was looking at that and asked our local Mitel guys about it but they haven't gotten back to me.

Comcast does voice to text for voicemail.
Very funny/interesting because of the constant mistakes it makes.

If you get someone that enunciates perfectly....it's very readable.

This would be for our short term rehab residents. No voicemail.

Comcast can't find it's ass with both it's hands.
