The marble machine
I don’t know what sort of madness inhabits the mind of someone that can think up this thing and then actually goes and builds it.
But, I bet it’s the only one in the world. And he seems well practiced at playing it… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IvUU8joBb1Q |
That is fabulous - I want one.

That is impressive.

Where were you guys 5 years ago when that was posted all over the internet?
|
Those look like ball bearings instead of marbles. I think marbles would crack from the repeated impacts.
|
I would love to see the CAD or whatever they used to design the Machine.

Apparently, there’s a newer, improved, more complicated version of this thing.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tVbh_FEiF2E I checked out his channel, he’s got some videos on making these things. I haven’t watch them yet but I might… |

There is some fascinating crap on YouTube, if you have enough rainy days. My “watch later” list is probably several hundred entries at this point.

So that’s what happens when you spend a year and a half stuck inside!
