Quickjack has finally come through.

They're replacing both frames with the newer 5000TL version.

Strange, when I replied to this thread last month, it didn't seem to get brough back to the first page.

I was shorted two couplers so QuickJack is sending them to me. Will test it once I get the missing parts.

Did you ever get those missing parts? How's it working?

There are numerous flyers in the QuickJack packaging, advising you to NOT return it to the place you purchased it (Costco).

I bought the 5000TL from Costco in February. I put the hoses together, and added ATF to the reservoir (not included - you need 2.1 quarts to fill the reservoir, plus some extra for fluid loss during initial hydraulic system bleeding).

I hope to finally test it out this weekend.

Yep, I received the parts and have used my QJ already. It works great and worth the money!

Sorry to hear, used mine many, many times over the last couple of years with zero issues. You must have got a bad one.

I'm glad you got things working and most importantly didn't get hurt. Most on this forum understand that getting cars or trucks up in the air for a DIY operation poses a risk and look at things to make sure all is working as they should. As usual with these situations you will not be compensated for all your time and effort to resolve the issues.
