I heard a story about some Irishmen taking their mate out for one last drink. He'd been dead for three days!

I kinda like the plastination thing. However, there's quite a bit of upkeep (and paint) required on the jerky people... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1641061708.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1641061814.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1641061841.jpg |
Wife’s family has 160 acres of lovely woods in the middle of nowhere. I thought we should start an eco burial biz there.
Dig hole. Drop body. Fill hole. |
^^^ It's legal in our state to do that. Just need to apply for a permit.

I think I'd rather feed a tree.

My wife and I both plan to be cremated and spread on our favorite location, Santa Barbara. A particular place we hold dear with a view. Our kids can remember us later with a glass of wine when they visit this special place. My parents did the same . Being buried in a box freaks me out to be honest. Reduce my body to ash and spread to rejoin nature.
