And my wife LOVES mysteries. Knives Out was good. Isn't Corvette Summer nearly 45 years old?

Interesting. I'd heard a bunch of hype about it. I love Japanese movies, but have seen hardly any Korean movies.

Parasite will be a movie that you think about for a long time afterwards.

Yeah, Sicario 1 was pretty good.

I also liked the Equalizer movies with Denzel.

But Once Upon in Hollywood is probably my favorite over the past few, and I guess that makes it entertaining.

Others that have been good:

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. with Cavil and Hammer
The Tourist with Angelina and Depp
and Highwaymen with Costner and Woody

I looked at a list and picked out the ones I liked the best, excluding those mentioned above.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Ford v Ferrari, Alita: Battle Angel, Extraction, My Octopus Teacher, Nobody.

I was surprised how good The Tourist was, and even the wife liked it. I shouldn't have been, I think it's pretty hard to go wrong with Depp and Jolie.
I was curious about the Man from U.N.C.L.E. I'll have to check that out.
I'm not sure that I've heard about Highwaymen. I'll have to check that out too.
I've been wondering about the Equalizer movies. It's hard to go wrong with Denzel too.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is probably great, but I suspect it's one of those movies that I'd watch once and think "that was great" but then never watch again.

Yep, I enjoyed Ford vs Ferrari and have that on DVD. I'll have to check out the Irishman. I haven't heard of it.

I think we’ve seen one movie in the past two years. Without looking at a list, I would have to go with Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Ford v Ferrari, as mentioned above.

Edit: add James Bond…No Time To Die.

Parasite for sure.

Extraction - The action sequences were just ridiculous and the movie overall was excellent.

Blade Runner 2049?

A quiet place…not sure when it came out but I only saw it last night and gonna rent part 2 tomorrow. Don’t care for horror films much but I liked it. It is slightly terrifying
