USPS is killing me

Pelican order shipping to SC goes to Guam, then HI! Hopefully it will make it to SC soon. I wish Pelican had an east coast warehouse.

The last time I ordered from Pelican, my shipment came from North Carolina.

and you live in Los Angeles?? Weird, I have never had a pelican order ship from the east coast.

I have made it a point to ALWAYS pay for 2 day air shipping. The free-ground-shipping offered by our host (not their fault) is atrocious, unreliable, and not worth the saving it offers.

Yelcab from Fchat?? Always good advice from you. I am selling my 355 and jumped ship to a Pcar! Happy New Year to you.

I have 100 ounces of Silver from JM Bullion stuck in a USPS vortex.

JM opened up an insurance claim. USPS said its needs 30 days to complete the "investigation" on the 7th of this month will be 30 days.

Now I pay an extra $20 for tracked shipping via UPS or Fedex.

OTOH USPS Priority Mail has ben 100% for me both ways. Maybe that's the way to handle your shipments.

It was Priority mail! I paid extra to put miles on my new inner shift boot!

Mine was shipped priority - tracking - signature required.

Now some USPS employee has my ten ounce bars.

^^^ prob something like the Jersey Dist Manager. He looked over the freight lists every night and picked out the packages that he wanted. Then the items were turned in as stolen.

Kudos to pelican, I contacted them and they sent out another order, I paid extra for 2 day FedEx, and they said if I get the first order, contact them and they will send a label to ship them back. More than I expected, especially when they have no control over the USPS.

These guys have always handled their business well. I expected it to fall off when Wayne sold, but it stayed good.
