Wow!!! Looks like the house was nice at one time, looks like a style from the late 70s. Unreal barn find.

In the mid 2000's I drove to Indiana for a rotary car event. A kid that worked for me rode up with me. We stopped at his house in Northern Kentucky on the way.

He took me into his dad's garage and there sat Elenore, a 1969 Shelby GT500 in unrestored stock condition, albeit in parts all over the garage.

I cannot imagine what that car is worth today. I took pics. I wonder what I did with them.

Needs paint, lug nuts, a shift knob, and a battery. $10,000.

I would love to hear the backstory of what happened to that house and the people that lived in it. It looks like everything was just abandoned.

One of those Shelby's would look so good in my garage next to my plain jane '66 coupe, but I would have to sell the GT3 to make that happen and there is no way I am giving up that driving experience for an old Mustang.

I'm having a hard time thinking this isn't a set up "barn find". Given the apparent moisture outside the house and inside the house with all the mold and mildew, I would suspect the interior of that car would just be absolutely growing with mold and mildew. It looks far too "clean" on the inside for me, even with the windows partially rolled down.

Amazing car but bummer about the moisture/rust. It looks bad.

Inside of that barn does not look wet to me. It is Georgia, so you can probably slice the air it gets so humid. Who knows how long it was there, tires held air, so probably not too long

^exactly like that Tobra, except for the side checker graphics. I have a new set of them that are just not installed.

Why does the red fastback look so much cleaner?

That place is crazy!!! All those Shelby parts everywhere, K code Mustang GT in the basement that looks to be in better shape than the GT 350, and a freaking Buick Grand National sitting outside rotting away!!! Somebody was definitely into fast cars for sure!!!
