A pretty smile and some funky tunes

Been hearing this first tune on sat radio lately. Weird lyrics but super catchy and what a beautiful voice. This girl knows how to flirt with the camera. Smooths out after the 1st 30 seconds...

Another fun tune by the same bunch

I've tried following this group for a few months. They seem to have only a few songs but they add quite a bit of variation with each performance. I like the music in their live vids better than their "official" vids. They do look like they're having fun.

Agree on the live aspect. Waiting for live versions on iTunes Store.

I just heard about them too.

Its cool to find funky new music.

The lead singer, she is a randy one.

Looks like they are having fun. The music is as described, fun and funky.

The sound is catchy (I would think they would be excellent party or driving music) ...but I really could not understand the lyrics until I looked them up online (could not tell what they were saying vice culture gap). I don't know if it is due to my age/hearing loss or the tunes (as my parents could not understand the words most rock songs of my era).

G rated version of Veruca Salt, they sound nice

The best thing that I can say about all of this is that it doesn’t suck nearly as bad as what Ayles posted earlier today.

How anybody ever listens to that heavy metal crap is beyond my understanding.

But there’s not a song in this thread I’d listen to the end, much less twice.

You guys need to start streaming KKXT. Listener sponsored out of Dallas.

It is the only station programmed in all our cars for like 10 years now.

They've been playing these guys for a while.

They were playing Leon Bridges, Gary Clark Jr, Alabama Shakes, Florence, way before they broke big.

They are actually playing wet leg right now.

They also mix in a nice amount of local bands you can still go see for a $5.00 cover charge.

Wet Leg's "official" videos are fun, and not what you'd expect.

Not quite sure about explaining the lyrics to my 8yo girl. Somehow magically she hears everything from a very quiet XMU-stream in the car yet is deaf at home to her parents. Usually we come up with something plausible.

Girl in Red is another very catchy, and very hard to explain to an 8yo, artist.

Colleagues are getting their kids into the Beatles, Zepplin and older stuff (not that it's cleaner, just more hidden). Perhaps I need to shift my music focus for a while?
