New ultrasonics machine for us. :)
I just finished reading Waynes thread in the 911 Tech thread about his ruined PMO's. There was a lot of mention of using an ultrasonic machine to bring them back to life.
Our machine is new to us as of last week. We don't know too much about it. It is a heavy duty machine for sure. Runs on two 230 volt circuits. One for the heater and one for the transducers. There are three 1000W transducers on this bad boy. We are using the Simple Green aircraft solution. We have not even used it yet. Just heated it up, degassed it, and made sure everything worked. I am excited! This is going to make our jobs easier. ![]() ![]()

Dan,
Cool machine! ust make sure to check the PH of that solution if putting any aluminum in it. We have a bench top ultrasonic that gets a fair amount of use along with our tumblers and jet wash. Would love one that size. Cheers

Hey Jeff, Tell me more about the PH levels. As stated, this machine is new to us. It is a 43 gallon capacity tank and we are using a 13 to 1 water/Simple Green mix. It was recommended to us by the company we bought it from. Also, when running it to do it at 160 degrees, and only 5 minutes at a time until we get used to it.
