Non-toxic non-stick?
 
Hey Braintrust,

Mrs. LWJ is tired of doing arm curls with our cast iron pan collection.

Any thoughts on a non-stick skillet that won’t push unpronounceable chemicals into us?

I did some google research and it all looks like marketing to me. Anyone have an informed opinion?
