MLS Fltt Fee Listing service
 

Has anyone sold their house on their own and had the listing put on the local MLS? We will be selling in a few months and I am looking at this option. What are the things to be mindful of if we utilize the Flat Fee service? And have you ever sold a house but informed the buyers that you won't be able to move for 3 or 4 months?

We have sold our last four houses by ourselves. Always post it on Zillow. I think that’s all anyone uses anymore. No charge on Zillow. And it’s pretty easy to set up your house for sale on there. It takes you through it step-by-step.

I rented mine myself on Zillow. Listed it around 3pm. Had a deposit in hand at 6:30. Great tenants who have been there over a year.
