Likely when there's porcelain available, though my farm-raised/backwoods-aware wife already has our 8yo girl comfortable going behind a bush or even (pro level) between the front and the rear car doors on the side of a country road that might lack even bushes.

We don't quite have her "farmer's blow" game up to par yet, but Mrs Johnson is working on it.

Mom's first name may be "Doctor" but she's no princess, nor are we raising one.

Circa 1976-ish at a rugby party. One of the women ruggers challenged one of us to a contest of who could pee higher up on a wall. Everyone was pretty well blasted so it made sense to all and besides...rugby.

So, she drops trou backs up to the wall and marks her territory. He who shall remain nameless steps up, unzips and grabs his tool when she suddenly says" wait! no hands!"
