They prob couldn't reverse the traffic flow because of not enough room to stage the cars.
That's why most drive thru's are on the other side of the building...allows 10 or more cars to be waiting....instead of the azz end of someone's car on the road.

Add a British car and you have a real mess.

One of my friends used to work at a company that installed and repaired the pneumatic tubes. He said about once per month a bank would have some dipstick customer put in several rolls of coins and send it off. Of course the tube gets stuck. He gets called and gets to fish it out. I told him to just think of it as job security.

My pharmacy is a private company, owned by a good friend of mine. It is great to be able to call him anytime and ask a question about a drug, or meet him for dinner and "do a drug deal" at the table. He has run my CC before hand and and he just hands me my prescription, and we have dinner.

When I’m in Mount Pleasant on the weekends, I go to Harris Teeter. During the week, I go to Kroger.
