one way I celebrate is a multi-course meal at various places all within walking distance

How do you celebrate?

A food crawl, what a great idea!

Looks like you have a bunch of great local choices.

I love good carpaccio, but can't seem to find a place in my part of Las Vegas that can do it right . . . color me jealous.

I usually just smile quietly...

I'm kind of the opposite to that. I go to a place that on Wednesdays has a two meals for the price of one. So I go along and order two steak and fries meals, plus a bottle of wine to help dissolve it all.

Who needs all those different courses? :)

Hmm, I'm not sure that I've got anything specific. A drive, a meal, maybe a drink, maybe buying something that I've wanted, maybe telling friends or loved ones, maybe just a smile.
