Just went to HEB to get stuff for dinner. I stopped by customer service to conduct some business and there were two older ladies easily in 70's or higher. They were arguing with the employee over a coupon that didn't get taken off of their bill. (buy one get one free toothpaste that required getting the exact same brand and type in order to get a freebie)

Dude asks them if they just want to return the extra tube, NO. He had to keep explaining that the coupon was only for cavity fighting paste. Honestly, I don't think they ever understood. Funny part was they had a full basket of stuff but had focused in on the coupon not working out of their $100's worth of stuff.

Another advantage to the local store-
Recently needed a headlight dimmer switch for my old Blazer.
Local store had it in stock(!).
Counter guy opened the box and showed it to me so I could verify it was the correct part.

I'll shop there again.
