Looking for a North Colorado rental

So I moved back to Colorado. Looking for a rental, stand alone or shared.

Must needs, garage, off street parking for a 18 foot trailer and my ML350.

Housing is tighter than a gnat's ass. I have an appointment to look at ONE house. A referral from the housing authority and it's in Longmont.

The entire front range has blown up, and north's as bad or worse then Denver. Our "poor" alums (1996) from Golden that bought in Wash Park/Boulder or places north are now millionaires. We'll never live there, but it's nice to visit!

Seriously, if you just need a room - we can probably hook you up. Garage and parking might be up for discussion, but it certainly isn't "on-street" and so on. There might be mud.

It won't be glamorous, but it'd be on the SE end of Loveland. Still on the upwind side of Greely (if you get this, you'll understand).

Lemme guess...Colorado passed rent control legislation? Oregon did, and as a result rental houses are dwindling in number. Mom & pop landlords are selling, and the former rentals now being sold as homes. Plenty of corporate managed apartment complexes though.

Or just east of I-25. Depending on how often you need to get to FoCo/Loveland/Longmont things should open up a bit. My SIL is on disability and has her own not-to-shabby apartment in Greeley. Just stay on the upwind side...

WY, while I'd consider Laramie, is a bit "spartan" for our tastes. And I doubt Laramie is much better than the CO front range w.r.t. rent and availability.
