Dave Chappelle tackled onstage
 

Some guy (carrying a gun and a knife) charged and tackled Dave Chappelle while he was doing a set. Dave was unhurt, and joked about it soon after. No good video available yet, as cell phone use was not allowed.

Looks like Isaiah Lee needs to see his chiropractor right away. They're saying he was carrying a replica gun that can eject a knife blade. It'll be interesting to see what this lunatic is about.

Ha. A friend went to that show last night. I'll have to ask them what happened. Oddly, while she posted on social media about going (pic of her in front of the Hollywood Bowl marquee, no mention about this notable event. (Maybe she's in jail?)

I almost went to that show last night but could not get motivated. The Hollywood Bowl is an amazing place to see anyone but it's a little bit of an ordeal to get up there, the crowds, etc...

Looks to me like he got off fairly easy. Not sure what he expected would happen after the tackle, maybe a handshake and big contract? IMHO, he got what he deserved.
