Garbage marketed to people that feel the need to be 'healthy' when they drink a beer. Honestly, just drink a beer, and that ain't it. Instead of 5 of those, drink 2 good beers. On another note, I had a case recently where the cop asked the DWI driver if he had been drinking. Response: a couple of 'light beers' as if that made a difference.
