Information is like gold.

I'd highly advise anyone to make at least one trip into the wild and go look for gold.
Great past time to do at least once even if it isn't your thing.

I gave up on watching the news after the 2020 election. No sense in getting upset over things that will never change. I'm much happier now

LOL- I thought the same thing, and quit watching (edit- bingewatching) news in 1992.

I wouldn't say I'm happier, but at very least, I'm less miserable. :D

Gold really is out there, but you've got to dig for it -earn it.

I do not watch any news, though I read some. It seems impossible these days to get basic facts without editorial or sensationalism. Or nearly impossible. There is no source of NEWS, it seems. Many sources of ENTERTAINMENT, but no NEWS. And the former is designed to create outrage more than anything.
