What happened to the pelican "parts"?
I just tried to look for a tool on this Pelican Parts page can't search for a specific tool,
finally find something that is nowhere close to what i need.... spent more time going back trying searches.... I know I'm dumb... but not that dumb |
The search feature is terrible. I've had better luck doing a google search and pelican popping up as an option.

Me too. I posted the same on the duplicate post. Sometime you can’t find the part you need but, Google finds it somewhere on Pelican’s site.

I don't do as much shopping now as I did, but I have searched for a few things in the past year, and also noticed that finding stuff is not always as straight forward or productive as you would expect.
I wonder sometimes if that's by design. Is it designed to be like routing you past an impulse aisle full of candy and little stuff in a store. |
I search by part numbers on Pelican and it works great. Searching by keywords is harder.
Maybe google the manufacturer part number for the tool then try it in the Pelican search. Or give them a call directly. |
So the search feature just had a major overhaul that went live this past Friday. I've been playing with it and so far have had really accurate results. I used to rely on google to find all my parts as well, because it saved me time, but now I find myself using the search function. It also has a predictive search function that changes items as you type.
