Hah! The shark might have been surprised by how crunchy of a meal if he caught it.

I sometimes try to catch one in the pond by hand...it's almost impossible...they are quick in water.

He kind of did a monkey roll over the shark's nose.

Do your turtles "know" who you are? What are their names?

No names...their hearing is not good. :)

Their eyesight and sense of smell is excellent.
If I approach the pond while they are soaking up sun...they don't flinch.
If I carry something...they are in the water. If friends are over...they won't get out of the water.

They can smell food in the dish at any time.
