I open at 9, he was here at 9:45 . Big smile on his face, he handed me all my credentials back and thanked me . He was more than friendly .
He said to expect a warning letter from the state .

As in he should have caught this earlier so you also did him a minor solid by fixing both your lapses?

Great news. It is nice when you deal with a bureaucrat, that has a brain to think with, and is truly there to help, not hinder you. He could have been a power tripping jerk, but he realized you were one of the good guys, and made had a minor oversight.

Summary: I (and also a large amount of PPOT) have a big respect for you and are rooting for you. You have had far more than your fair share of challenges and you have not been made bitter.

You are a good human. I have never met you. But I would like to do so in the future. I think I can say that we all hurt for you in your pains and cheer for you on your wins.
