My dad had a pale yellow '69 124 Spider. Had to rebuild the transmission because he rested his hand on the shifter and wore out the synchros. I don't know about the swaybars.

My 'second' car was a fiat 128-3P. I only ever saw one other one on the road.

That was 30 yeas ago. I just spent some time looking for one for sale. Missed out on this one......

It was a fun car. '77 model, owned it from about 1979-1982. Wheels didn't fit on the tire machine where I worked, so I learned how to use tire irons. Clutch cable used to break about once a year, I always had a spare, and learned how to drive without a clutch.
