Sunny, 75, and low humidity. :)

Looks like a convoy of happy turtles.
I'm guessing your BP is about 100/60. |
^^^ The waterfall sound is very relaxing.
Right now the birds are making a lot of racket. |
Question about the turtles:
If they lay eggs, how big are they? How big are the babies newly hatched? |

Being native to FL...I can't replicate a good place for the eggs. After I was sure they wouldn't hatch any more...I cracked one open and there was a dried up orange semi-formed baby turtle. She only lays 2 or 3 eggs each season. Now, I just let her lay them in the water and I throw them away. You can easily tell before she does...she will be very actively looking for a way out of the pond to a digging spot. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1656594324.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1656594376.jpg |

There's a sign on the side of the pond....NO SNAPPERS ALLOWED |
I should have also said...all of mine are red slider turtles...native to the southern states.
I've tried keeping MI painted turtles...it doesn't work. They fight to escape until they can't move. |
