What works
 
Multivitamins, 81mg aspirin, and two iron tablets a week. (borderline anemic) Works for me. Also the physical stuff whenever I can.

I'm a skeptical sort, esoecially when it comes to lightly regulated dietary supplements. Maybe this stuff is the answer, maybe it's not. Miranda Esmonde-White has an exercise program, used to be on PBS.

Turns out, the key is having a back that works. She has this routine, back and shoulders, check it out. I am sure there is a website, I just linked her wiki page, because, so very lazy.
