This man takes pride in his craft. Hey he is armed with a precision ruler and did you see his spit shined open heel huarache safety shoes and spotless smock. A true professional! This is superman who can correct both radial and lateral runout simultaniously with a welder, mill file and a 5 inch angle grinder.
Judging by the sound of the worn brushes and bearings in the grinder he has been doing these types of repairs for decades. On the flip side this is how they made aircraft fly in the 1920's.
